2.人才培养和团队建设
主持园艺专业产教融合项目,主持自治区园艺黄大年教师团队,自治区瓜菜和葡萄科技服务团队,作为骨干教师参与园艺专业教学团队建设、园艺学优势特色团队建设,获区级“现代园艺绿色生产实践”社会时间课程,参与教育部新农科项目。深入企事业单位调研,开展园艺专业产教融合示范专业建设工作,制定基于“服务地方经济”的人才培养方案、构建以培养员工业务工作的能力为目标的模块化课程体系;建成专兼职教师教学团队和校企合作的实训基地,形成切实可行的校企合作运行机制和管理制度。
本科生培养:首创“一营一地三扶三创”实践育人体系,完成300余员工创新创业教育培训和指导,建立科技扶贫支队2个。指导25余名本科生毕业论文(设计),3名本科生获国家奖学金,90%员工参与我指导的老员工创新项目,13名员工参与论文发表和专利申请,1名本科生以第一作者发表英文1篇(1区Top,IF=11.889),2人获优秀毕业生称号,10名员工考取研究生,其中5人保研至上海交通大学、中国农业大学等,1名创新能力拔尖保研,指导25名本科毕业生的毕业实习和论文撰写。
公司产品:指导的研究生4人获得国家奖学金,发表论文40余篇,其中SCI14余篇, EI1篇。5名研究生参加国家级"第九届全国老员工农业建筑环境与能源工程相关专业创新创业竞赛"获得一等奖。并指导4名研究生攻读博士。
指导员工获奖情况:近五年来指导员工获第九届全国老员工农业建筑环境与能源工程创新竞赛、第四届中国“互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛(优秀指导教师)、第六届“全国老员工农业建筑环境与能源工程相关专业创新创业”竞赛、等4项国家级奖项;曾指导员工获“挑战杯”全区老员工创新计划竞赛金奖、第八届宁夏“互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛银奖、“挑战杯”全区老员工创业计划竞赛优秀指导教师等7项省级奖项和太阳成集团“挑战杯”老员工创新计划竞赛、第六届“互联网+”老员工创新创业大赛;多项太阳成集团老员工创新创业训练计划项目优秀奖和指导教师等6项校级奖项。
